He handles crop planning, business development, and all things strategy. He also takes care of the serious “grown-up money stuff,” making him our unofficial farm dad—wise advice and dad jokes included.

Armed with a B.A. in Regenerative Organic Agriculture and a background in agronomic research, Kelly turns wild ideas into systems that actually work. She designs new farm projects, builds marketing magic, and keeps our mission rooted in soil health and community. Half farmer, half storyteller, she believes compost solves almost everything.

Farm Manager and Animal Whisperer

Melanie keeps the farm humming day to day—feeding animals, harvesting veggies, solving problems, and making the impossible look easy. She’s in charge of our goats’ social calendar, chicken gossip, and customer happiness at the New Smyrna Beach Farmers Market. If something needs done, Mel gets it done—usually with a smile and a cup of coffee.
